Hey everyone! Last night (Feb. 4th), Spencer's breathing tube was removed. He was having trouble at first breathing on his own but he's doing good now. He's been talking up a storm and even tried to solve his rubik's cube with one hand. Continue to keep Spence in your prayers and good thoughts!

Cool beans! Sounds like a major step. Must be great to be able to talk again. Cut it out with the rubik's cube, don't do stuff with one hand that I couldn't do with six.

Yay, Spence!! Keep it up, buddy. When I was three years old my parents thought I was a Rubik's cube genius. What they didn't know at the time is that I would hide somewhere and peel off all the stickers and put them where they were supposed to be instead of actually solving it. :)

OK so yesterday 2/5/08 I heard that you were playing w/a cube to strengthen....Of course I say "hey, knowing him it's probably a RUBIC'S CUBE" & he has already figured it out !!!! and today I read it was a RUBIC'S CUBE...same old Spencer...just figuring things out !!!! Just had a great conversation w/a friend of your Mom's....he went to the hospital to give your mom a hug...he was at the wrong hospital !!! Now, dosen't that sound just like a normal day....keep feeling all the good vibes being sent your way......it's all working for you..
